How are my products delivered to me?
We use SingPost normal postal service. The postage charges are dependent on the total products weight, and are indicated upon cart checkout.
Please note that we strongly encourage customers to opt for SingPost registered mail service by adding $2.00 to their total order amount payable to us.
LINGENIUS will not be held responsible/liable for lost parcels if you decide to proceed with normal postage.
How long will the items be delivered to me once order is placed?
We try our best to deliver the items to you as soon as we can. Please note that we only process your order after payment is successfully received. Upon payment receipt, we shall:
(i) Send an email notification to you that payment has been received.
(ii) Inform you whether all items are in available stock. There may be outstanding/pre-order titles that are currently unavailable.
(iii) For items in available stock, we shall deliver them to you within 1-3 working days upon payment receipt. For outstanding items, we shall provide an estimated delivery date for these titles, and shall separately deliver the items to you when they are available.
What are the region code for Signing Time DVDs?
Signing Time DVDs are NTSC all region and made to play in any standard DVD player.DVDs are required to pass strict standards but DVD players are not. With this being the case, some players will not play every disc. If a player gets dirty from extended use, it can cause a dvd to "hang" and the player may just need to be cleaned with a cleaning disc. We do not guarantee that the products will play in every DVD player. We have had reported problems from people who own a Toshiba, a Panasonic DVD440 Player or an X-Box. Please be advised that in most cases these machines do not play any of our discs properly.
Do you have a retail outlet/ warehouse for me to view the products before I decide to purchase?
LINGENIUS is mainly an online webstore. We do not have a warehouse/showroom to display our products.
However, we have a retail front displaying our products at BHG, Bugis (Level 3, stationery department). You will be able to find a wide selection of our audio CDs, DVDs and books there.
